Economist and systems analyst with more than 16 years of experience in public management and in the implementation of support applications for the management of transversal administrative systems for the public sector. Experience in planning, budgeting, administration, projects under PMI methodology, logistics management, implementation, analysis and design of computer systems. She has participated in the implementation of software for the modernisation of public and private administration.

Her career includes: SECO as a consultant for the Subnational GFP Programme in the implementation of actions to improve cross-cutting systems of planning, purchasing and contracting, logistics and wealth. In the Ministry of Economy and Finance responsible for the . implementation of the integrated administrative management system (SIGA), as a functional analyst on adaptations and improvements for the programming of the table of needs, module of patrimony and the module of budget by results of SIGA. In the Ministry of Defence as a consultant for the coordination and implementation of SIGA. In the Peruvian Air Force as a consultant for the coordination and implementation of SIGA.
